FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per March 14 data: NSDL

14 Mar 2019 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Thursday's data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8364.38 crore against gross selling of Rs 6151.38 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2213.00 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 813.07 crore with gross sales of Rs 2505.65 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1692.58 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2.90 crore against gross selling of Rs 3.27 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 0.37 crore in hybrid segment.
