Bambino Agro Industries has received its board approval to enter into contract with Seshsayi Foods and MLR Industries for purchase of Suji (Semolina) on principal to principal basis for a period of 3 years subject to the prior approval of Central Government.
The company’s board gave the approval for the same at its meeting held on August 11, 2012.
Bambino Agro Industries is primarily into the manufacture of pasta and food products such as vermicelli, macaroni etc. The company is South East Asia’s largest vermicelli producer and a market leader in the Indian market.
