Transwarranty Finance has raised amount worth Rs 34 lakh through issue and allotment of Secured and Unsecured Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) under tranche/ Series B/2018-19, on private placement basis. The Debenture Issue Committee of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2019 has approved the same.
