As per Regulation 30 and 43 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Bharat Dynamics has informed about the Board of Directors in its meeting held on Monday, the 18 day of March, 2019 had approved payment of 1st interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2018-19 at Rs 5.25 per share of the face value of Rs 10 each. As already intimated to the Stock Exchanges vide letter dated 08 March, 2019 that the Company has fixed 27 March, 2019 as Record Date for the purpose of payment of 1st Interim Dividend on equity shares for the Financial Year 2018-19, and the date of payment of 1st interim Dividend for 2018-19 will be completed on and before 16.04.2019.
