Alembic Pharmaceuticals has raised Rs 150 crore through allotted of 1,500 at 8.37% Unsecured Listed Rated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 10 lakh per NCD under Tranche III. The NCD Committee of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2019 has allotted the same.
