Ladam Affordable Housing has decided to enhance the limits of Corporate Guarantee given to AU Small Finance Bank from Rs 15 crore to Rs 18.5 crore for the purpose of financing the business/ business related activities of Ladam Homes, subsidiary of the company. The Board of the company at its meeting held on March 18, 2019, decided the same.
Ladam Affordable Housing’s primary focus is on affordable housing for the masses and the business house has delivered over 1500 homes to middle income families. Ladam Affordable Housing is set to expand that focus by constructing more than 5000 affordable homes by utilising its existing land bank.
