Pursuant to Reg. 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Regulations), Coffee Day Enterprises has informed that the Company, Coffee Day Trading (Subsidiary of the Company) and V.G. Siddhartha (Promoter of the Company) along with certain other parties have signed a definitive agreement to sell their entire stake in Mindtree, a Global IT Consulting and services Company headquartered in Bangalore to Larsen & Toubro for a consideration not exceeding Rs 3269 Crores.
