Reliance Industries has invested in newly incorporated subsidiary -- Reliance Navi Mumbai Infra (RNMIL). The company has invested Rs 5,00,000 in cash for 50,000 equity shares of Rs10 each. RNMIL is incorporated with the purpose of undertaking real estate and related infrastructure activities. RNMIL is yet to commence its business operations.
