Physical Rubber prices ruled steady on Thursday as expectations of a rise in rubber imports negated gains following improved demand from domestic stockists Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 129/ kg and Rs 126/ kg respectively.

In the futures market, April delivery fell to Rs 131.92 compared to its previous closing of Rs 132.57, while May delivery was at Rs 134.50 compared to its previous close of Rs 134.99 on the Indian Commodity Exchange Limited (ICEX).
