Steelco Gujarat has informed that in continuation to letter dated 13th March, 2019, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Para-A of Part A of Schedule-III, in respect of proposed Loan Facility Agreement (Unsecured Loan) by and between the company, viz. Steelco Gujarat Limited and Costronal Holdings SA, the Company has received intimation from them that the said Loan Facility Agreement is now entered into from their end also. All the other main characteristic and the important terms and conditions of agreement, which had already been submitted vide its letter dated 13th March, 2019, would remain valid & in force.
