Jindal Stainless Park has become wholly owned subsidiary of Jindal Stainless on March 22, 2019, consequent to allotment of shares to the company as first subscriber. Jindal Stainless Park has been incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in collaboration with Government of Odisha to promote downstream stainless steel park adjacent to its plant in Kalinganagar, Jajpur. It is yet to commence its business operations.

Jindal Stainless is one of the largest stainless steel conglomerates in India and ranks amongst the top 10 stainless steel conglomerates in the world.
