Further, the Board of Directors has fixed Thursday, 28 March 2019 as the Record Date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the Interim Dividend. The Payment of Interim Dividend would be made from 29 March 2019 onwards. The meeting commenced at 12:30 Hours and concluded at 15:15 Hours.
