Mahindra Finance edges higher on getting nod for allotment of NCDs worth Rs 7.40 crore

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 413.05, up by 0.65 points or 0.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 412.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 414.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 414.55 and Rs. 405.60 respectively. So far 129327 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 537.50 on 02-May-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 351.00 on 08-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 424.50 and Rs. 405.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 25316.01 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.11% and 8.70% respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has received an approval for the allotment of 74 Secured Redeemable Principal Protected – Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures(NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, at a premium, aggregating to Rs 7.40 crore. The duly authorized Committee at its meeting held on March 26, 2019, approved the same.
