Inditrade Capital’s subsidiary -- Inditrade Microfinance has allotted of 1,35,00,000 equity shares at a face value of Rs 10 each, to the Company on March 28, 2019, on conversion of the 14% Unsecured Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCD) of Rs 10 each. Consequently, the Company now holds around 84.67% of the paid up equity share capital of Inditrade Microfinance.
