Diamond Power Infrastructure, India’s leading transmission and distribution equipment manufacturer and services provider, has received an approval for acquisition of 50% stake in Danke Controls for a consideration of Rs 5.00 crore. The board at its meeting held on August 13, 2012 has approved for the same. Danke Controls is India's leading high voltage isolator manufacturer.
Recently, the company acquired strategic stake in India’s leading power and control panel manufacturer -- Maktel Control and Systems.
Diamond Power Infrastructure is engaged in five business verticals--cables (low, high and extra high voltage), conductors, transformers, towers and various EPC projects-- where it undertakes planning, designing and commissioning of turnkey transmission and distribution projects.
