Honda Siel Power Products has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 01, 2019 have considered and approved re-appointment of Hiroyoshi Sugimizu as Whole Time Director of the Company for a further term of five years with effective from April 1, 2019. Further, pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, following policies were also approved, revised and adopted by the Board of Directors in the said meeting: (a) Revision in Policy on Related Party Transactions; (b) Revision in Code of Conduct on Insider trading; (c) Revision in Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information; (d) Adoption of Policy for inquiry in case of leak of unpublished price sensitive information/suspected leak of unpublished price sensitive information.
