Rites has informed that the term of Independent Directors, named Vidya Rajeev Yeravdekar, Anil Kumar Goel, and Satish Sareen, appointed on the Board of the Company by Government of India vide order No. 2005/PL/45/1 for a period of three years with effective from April 1st, 2016, has ended on 31.03.2019. In this regard, Company is awaiting further communication regarding extension/ renewal of the tenure of these Directors from Government of India.
