AstraZeneca Pharma India (AZPIL) has hosted an engaging awareness programme, ‘Wellness by the Beach’ at Chennai. The program held at the Besant Nagar beach, the event focussed on spreading awareness about non-communicable diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular disorders and cancer. The event was organised and hosted by the Company employees.
The company is celebrating their 40th anniversary in India, and this event is part of the various activities planned to commemorate the Company's long standing commitment to India.
