National Fertilizers (NFL) has recorded best ever fertilizer sale of 48.92 lakh MT in the financial year 2018-19. These figures include urea sale of 42.68 lakh MT. There has also been a quantum jump in the sale of other fertilizers including DAP and NPKS, which stands at 5.97 lakh MT (3.93 lakh MT- previous year).
NFL is second largest producer of Nitrogenous Fertilizers in the India commanding 16.5% of market share. The company also manufactures spectrum of industrial products which include Methanol, Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Nitric Acid, Sulphur, Liquid Oxygen, Liquid CO2, Liquid Nitrogen etc.
