Coffee Day Enterprises’ material subsidiary -- Coffee Day Global has received approval to enter into business transfer agreement with Coffee Day Econ (subsidiary of Coffee Day Enterprises) to transfer the business of F&G division to Coffee Day Econ. This is mainly to expand the business activities of F&G Division. The consideration to be received from such sale is Rs 26 crore.
Coffee Day Enterprises is the parent company of the Coffee Day Group, which houses Cafe Coffee Day that pioneered the coffee culture in the chained cafe segment in India.
