In terms of the provisions of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the circular issued by the Stock Exchanges on 2nd April 2019, ITI has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from Friday, 5th April 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the financial results would be intimated in due course.
