Magma Fincorp is aiming an asset growth of around Rs 3,000 crore in the 2019-20 fiscal. The company is looking to raise up to Rs 500 crore in secured NCDs, including the greenshoe option. The company will also explore foreign funds, including external commercial borrowing (ECBs).
Magma Fincorp is a non-deposit taking NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as an asset finance company. It started operations two decades back and is now listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
