A fire broke out at VIP Industries’ warehouse situated at Khasra No. 2900-2904, Dhoom Manikpur, Dadri, Gautambudh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh on April 03, 2019. The fire was brought under Control by the Fire Brigades.
Fortunately, there was no loss to human life. The Company is in the process of ascertaining the actual loss caused by the fire and the Company have informed about the incident to insurance company. The assets damaged by the fire are adequately covered by insurance. The Company is taking adequate steps to ensure re-functioning of the Warehouse at the earliest.
VIP Industries is engaged in the manufacturing of hard luggages and soft luggages. The company operates through two segments - Luggage, Bags & Accessories, and Furniture.
