Hindustan Appliances has informed about pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended & Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed, for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from April 1, 2019 up to the expiry of two days after the date of declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2019. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course of time.
