Muthoot Finance has informed that the Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 05, 2019 declared interim dividend for FY 2019 at the rate of Rs 12 per equity share. Shareholders whose names appear as on close of business hours of 13th April, 2019 as Beneficial owners as per the list to be furnished by the Depositories in respect of the shares held in electronic form and as Members in the Register of Members of the Company in respect of shares held in physical form, would be entitled to the said interim dividend.
