With reference to letter dated February 14, 2019, wherein the Company has informed that the Company had completed the reassessed capacity of Urea production for the financial year 2018-19 and carrying out annual maintenance of its plants, due to which the Company had shutdown its Ammonia, Urea and ABC plants from February 13, 2019. Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers has informed that the Company has started the operations of Ammonia, Urea and ABC plants after the annual maintenance activities.This disclosure, being material, is made pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Part A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
