VCU Data Management has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 (started at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.15 p.m.), has considered and approved the requests received from Hardik Hemendra Sanghvi, Kushal H Sanghvi, Hemendra Dhirajlal Sanghvi and Hitendra Dhirajlal Sanghavi, Promoters of the Company for reclassifying them from Promoter category to public category subject to approval of shareholders of the Company and regulatory authority, as permitted under the regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. This is pursuant to Regulation 31A read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
