HT Media has acquired 2,46,28,563 equity shares of Next Mediaworks (NMW) of Rs 10 each, at a price of Rs 27 per share representing 36.82% of the fully diluted voting equity share capital of NMW, pursuant a share purchase agreement dated December 20, 2018, executed by and between HTML and the promoters and members of the promoter group of the NMW.
