Reliance Communications has informed that Honorable National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) vide its Order dated March 26, 2019 issued notice to Department of Telecommunication, Government of India on the demands raised towards deferred spectrum installments and kept the matter for hearing on April 8, 2019. NCLAT heard the matter on April 8, 2019 and not passed any order. The stay granted by NCLAT vides its Order dated February 4, 2019 on assets monetization is still continuing. The Company will take appropriate action in the matter in the interest of all the stake holders of the Company.
