FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per April 26 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Friday's data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 10352.51 crore against gross selling of Rs 6497.90 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 3854.61 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 664.94 crore with gross sales of Rs 812.03 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 147.09 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 0.97 crore against gross selling of Rs 2.35 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1.38 crore in hybrid segment.
