Indian Oil Corporation has informed that a Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled on May 17, 2019, to consider and approve standalone as well as consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. It is also hereby notified that final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-19 may be considered at the aforesaid Board Meeting. The Trading Window for dealing in securities of Indian Oil is under closure from April 04, 2019.
