The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5745.44 crore against gross selling of Rs 5200.41 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 545.03 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 627.14 crore with gross sales of Rs 757.95 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 130.81 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 34.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 42.76 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 8.46 crore in hybrid segment.
