Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, GSFC has informed that the Company/RTA had on 1st May, 2019 received some requests from the Shareholders regarding loss of their Share Certificates. In response to their requests, Company/RTA had informed them the necessary procedure. Upon receipt of the relevant papers and valid documents, Duplicate Share Certificate will be issued within statutory time limit from the date of receipt of the valid documents.
