Intimation regarding closure of Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company has already been given vide Company’s letter dated April 05, 2019 and Trading Window shall remain closed till May 19, 2019 for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as per the Company’s Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Insiders.
