Mcdowell Holdings has informed that on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 9th May, 2019 have approved the appointment of Ajay Kumar Vijay as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 9th May, 2019 subject to the approval of the members of the Company. Further, the Board of Directors, have also appointed Ajay Kumar Vijay, Executive Director as a Key Managerial Personnel by under Section 203 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
