Chartered Logistics has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 to consider and approve Audited Financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2019 along with Limited Review Report. Further pursuant to provisions of the company’s policy of Insider Trading formulated to regulate and report trading read with SEBI (PIT) regulations, 2015, it is hereby reiterated that ‘trading window’ for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors/Designated employees/connected person of the company from 5th April 2019 till 48 hours after announcement of Audited financial results of the company.
