Zim Laboratories has received approval to invest in Zim Health Technologies by acquiring shares from existing shareholder and issue of equity shares by Zim Health Technologies. Post-acquisition of shares from existing shareholders, Zim Health Technologies would become wholly-owned subsidiary of Zim Laboratories. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2019 has approved the same.
Zim Laboratories has established itself as one of the preferred healthcare solution providers in the field of New Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS).
