Housing Development Finance Corporation( HDFC) has informed that the corporation on August 21, 2012 allotted 82,56,010 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exchange of 82,56,010 warrants by 53 warrant holders of the corporation.
Further, the corporation has extinguished the said 82,56,010 warrants and the outstanding warrants post the said exchange stands at 57,75,985. Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs. 305,99,25,800 consisting of 152,99,62,900 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
