India Infoline has informed that the compensation committee of the board of directors of the company by way of a circular resolution dated August 21, 2012 allotted 30,000 equity shares to the eligible employees upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes of the company.
Upon allotment, the equity base of the company stand increased from 28,90,86,953 equity shares to 28,91,16,953 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
