Bharti Airtel gains as its DTH arm partners with Shemaroo Entertainment

Bharti Airtel is currently trading at Rs. 332.05, up by 1.25 points or 0.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 330.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 331.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 336.00 and Rs. 328.80 respectively. So far 82774 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 365.87 on 01-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 254.29 on 22-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 341.55 and Rs. 321.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 170425.87 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.14%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 30.86% and 2.00% respectively.

Airtel Digital TV, the DTH arm of Bharti Airtel, and Shemaroo Entertainment have joined hands to offer a subscription-based premium service of horror movies, TV shows and web series. The companies have launched ‘The Horror TV’ platform which will offer horror, thriller and crime content on TV.
