Indiabulls Housing has informed that he bond issue committee of the board of directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on May 21, 2019, has, amongst others, approved the issue of USD 350 million 6.375 per cent payable semi annually (6.29% nominal monthly) Senior Secured Notes due May 2022 under the updated USD 1,500 million Secured Euro Medium Term Note Programme of the Company as per details mentioned in Annexure-I.
