FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per May 22 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net buyers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7068.71 crore against gross selling of Rs 5508.28 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1560.43 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 634.00 crore with gross sales of Rs 430.26 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 203.74 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3.41 crore against gross selling of Rs 1.07 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2.34 crore in hybrid segment.
