FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per May 23 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net sellers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4866.64 crore against gross selling of Rs 5608.01 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 741.37 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 633.95 crore with gross sales of Rs 1191.91 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 557.96 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3.08 crore against gross selling of Rs 4.66 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1.58 crore in hybrid segment.
