Reddy K. & Associates, Company Secretaries, Hyderabad as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-20 to conduct the Secretarial Audit of the Company; and appointed Darapaneni & Company, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-20 to conduct the Internal Audit of the Company. In terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the said Results and Auditors Report issued by Mullapudi & Co., Chartered Accountants, is enclosed herewith.
