Sakthi Finance has informed that as per Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) notification dated 30 March 2016, IND AS is made applicable for the company with effect from 1 April 2019 only. Further, SEBI has, by its Circular No.CIR/CFD/FAG62/2016 dated 5 July 2016, given time relaxations to listed for companies for submission of Unaudited Financial Results (IND AS) the first quarter ended 30 June 2019 by one month, that is up to 14 September 2019. In view of this, the company will submit the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30 June 2019 with BSE on or before 14 September 2019.
