Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, July 30, 2019 to Monday, August 5, 2019, for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of AGM and determining the names of the Members eligible for dividend on equity shares, if declared at the AGM.
