Alembic Pharma gains on getting nod to raise Rs 300 crore via NCDs

Alembic Pharmaceuticals is currently trading at Rs. 505.80, up by 3.75 points or 0.75% from its previous closing of Rs. 502.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 500.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 506.35 and Rs. 499.00 respectively. So far 742 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 664.00 on 27-Sep-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 478.05 on 14-Jun-2018.

The Board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 12, 2019 has approved for the same.
