Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed that pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, RTA had on 10th June, 2019 received request from the Shareholder regarding loss of Share Certificate. In response to this request, RTA had informed the necessary procedure. Upon receipt of the relevant papers and valid documents, Duplicate Share Certificate will be issued within statutory time limit from the date of receipt of the valid document/s. The Company is enclosing herewith the Statement displaying the details of the request received.
