FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 24 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2473.60 crore against gross sell of Rs 2077.00 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 396.60 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 561.00 crore with gross sales of Rs 317.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 243.90 crore in debt.
