ISMT has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on June 14, 2019 approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the period ended March 31, 2019. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company submitted the said results along with Auditors Report thereon with the Stock Exchanges on June 14, 2019. However, while submitting the aforesaid results, the Statements on Impact of Audit Qualifications were not attached inadvertently. Hence, the Company is once again enclosing herewith the aforesaid Financial Results along with the Statements on Impact of the Audit Qualifications.
